The DB x K5 needle system has been specially developed for use with single-head and multi-head embroidery machines.

The FFG point is a light ball point, previously known as 'Ball Point'. It is suitable for T-shirts, underwear and fine sweaters, providing a versatile option for embroidery on these garment types where a light ball point is required.

The DB x K5’s specialised geometry provides increased resistance to deflection under the demands of machine embroidery.

Its larger eye helps protect the thread and material while supporting secure loop pick-up, reducing the risk of skipped stitches and thread breakage.

Note - Each needle size is sold separately in a box containing 100 needles. Ordering one box of Size 84 and one box of Size 100 means you will receive two boxes, each containing 100 needles.
