The DB x K5 needle system has been specially developed for use with single-head and multi-head embroidery machines.

The R point is a regular round point suitable for shirts, trousers and various other garment types. It provides a versatile option for general garment embroidery where a standard point style is required.

The DB x K5’s specialised geometry provides increased resistance to deflection under the demands of machine embroidery. Its larger eye helps protect the thread and material while supporting secure loop pick-up, reducing the risk of skipped stitches and thread breakage.

Note - Each needle size is sold separately in a box containing 100 needles. Ordering one box of Size 85 and one box of Size 100 means you will receive two boxes, each containing 100 needles.
