The SAN1 GEBEDUR is a specialised DB x K5 version developed for demanding materials such as caps and leather. Its reinforced blade increases stability, helping reduce needle deflection and breakage during embroidery.

Optimised geometry around the eye and scarf supports reliable loop pick-up, helping reduce skipped stitches. The larger eye makes threading easier and allows the embroidery thread to move more smoothly through the needle.

A titanium nitride GEBEDUR coating provides increased protection against wear, making these needles suitable for demanding embroidery applications.
