Create simple and complex cut shapes during machine embroidery with Venere badge cutting needles.
This four-needle system replaces standard embroidery needles and can be used on embroidery machines from any manufacturer.
The needles are installed 45 degrees apart at 0°, 45°, 90° and 135°, providing different cutting directions within the embroidered design.

Simple forms such as rectangles, squares and rhombi require only two appropriately positioned needles. Using all four cutting needles allows more complex forms to be created.

Features
Four Cutting Needles - Supplied as a complete box of four needles
Four Cutting Angles - Installed at 0°, 45°, 90° and 135°
Simple and Complex Forms - Use two selected needles for simple shapes or all four for complex forms
1.2mm Cutting Width - Each cutting needle has a width of 1.2mm
Independent Programming - Cutting can be programmed before or after the embroidery
Broad Machine Compatibility - Can be used on embroidery machines from any manufacturer
Programming requirements
A simple running stitch must be added to the existing design, running parallel to the embroidery. The stitch length should not exceed 1mm.
The cutting process can be programmed independently and completed either before or after the embroidered elements of the design.
SWF machine use
On SWF embroidery machines, the cutting process can also be automated. The trimmers and under-thread sensing control can be switched off to support faster operation.
